I kept quiet Greg... and I've only seen the English first season (since my friend borrowed it I didn't get the chance to compare the Japanese version) and the English version doesn't really give Sasa a hopeless type voice but more of a "I don't want anyone to hear me" voice, but it just doesn't fit for some reason.
