Unless coincidentely another guy with obitos hair, a sharingan, and a hole where obitos one eye remains exists, then tobi is obito... Which in my opinion makes it more intriguing, cause he was once good and kakashi would go nuts if he found out. Honestly I think madara was just an uchiha who came up with some sort of technique and hes like a god to the uchihas... and now tobi just wants to obtain that power he had.

Well Kakashi didn't always have MS, he got it through his work so I am sure one eye doesn't affect the other, and it would also seem that Tobi has a different eye than his own anyway.
