no he said most jonin have 2 elements but its not a requirement...
cuz most people dont use elements...well the ones we've seen...i mean gai doesnt use em and neither does neji...temari only has 1 kankuro has 0 and asuma 1 kurenai 0 so i dont think they need 2 elements

Okay, so then naruto can become a jounin now?? seriously though, tsunade should just give naruto the title of chunin...she already sends him out on s class missions...

After Oro's invasion, Konoha has sent lower ranks on higher missions. Genin on Many Cs and some Bs Chunin on Bs and As. So I'm not surprised.

i dont think so...thats something the sand village would do...but the leaf is nicer...plus tsunade wouldnt let them do that...
