The Earl has Lero turn into a sword, and the sword is used to turn people into akuma (I think).

it suppose to be the opositive of the the earls sword(the sword is the same as the earl only that the colors black and withe are swiched and it doesnt kill it just gets rid of the evil and i believe the earls sword gets rid of the good meaning innocence)

i dont think it neccesarily turns them into akuma cuz all the times we saw him make akuma the person made his/her loved one appear and the earl put it in that robot and it killed him/her and inhabited the body
