i think when he gets off his meds and his bi polar side kicks in he just activates it..its not a cs since its just like a birth defect or kekkei genkai or something...

i know...he should put all the bijuu inside of himself...and just kill the rest of akatsuki....kill every1 till he goes insane...and blows up from the power thus releasing all of the bijuu's into the world...to destroy everything!
