its cuz most likely, all the good names like mangavolume, mangadownload, readmanga and etc. are already taken....
so, they chose this.... or... it chould be cuz.... cuz... hmmm..... dunnoe

Ok... so I finally managed to ask Zabi about this. And his offical reply was as such:
"good question lol The one place for all your manga needs?  "So guess even he doesn't really know LOL... so it can mean whatever you guys like it to I guess =P
