guess how many manga chapters this manga is gonna last

about 1000 i think because there r still the emperor and more like 5 more warlord. THey havent even start the bb arc yet. So hopefully there will be plenty more to come

not to forget about the remaining 3 remaining of the 7 shichibukai who haven't shown up yet. also, zoro still has to fight mihawk, robin has to encrypt the porneglyphs and sanji has to find the all blue. there will be a great fight between coby and luffy, we still have to find out the secret of the "d.". and what about monkey d. dragon? and the other 2 admirals? there is way too much to reveal as if it could end in chapter 600.

i guess there will be at least 1000 chapters. i hope so

i dunno i think by 1000 chapters onepiece would be dead like inuyasha and plus i think the author would fry his brains trying to think up new plot to the dragged out story. and well only 1 ch comes out a week so thats 52 a year plus u have to subtract vacation weeks and such so 550 more ch is a really long time.

True, it may take a while, but it still could take that long. I'm guessing around 800 chapters.

mayb the author didn't think of it good enough. it would really take a long time for 550 chapters, but wouldn't it be weird, if the latter half of grand line, "the new world" would be over in - dunno - 300 chapters? it should at least take about 400 new chapters.. oda just let too much questions open to just let it end in chapter 700

well the enies lobby arc oda confirmed it was the middle of the manga... so about 450 more chapters left hehehehe


hey have faith in oda... to me all of one piece seems that oda has already laid down the story, and has everything planed straight to the ending... and he isn't inventing any new stories now just drawing them and developing the environment, characters....

That's right, I read in the SBS portion of the One Piece Volumes that Odacchi originally planned the manga to be 5 years long. He's already layed down the major plot of the story. He's just taking his time in answering all of the One Piece mysteries he's already let slip.

I guess it was supposed to already end a while ago but the author decided to keep it going.
I hope it doesnt last forever there has to be an ending.
We all know what happens to mangas that last forever...
