and aslo in the village there is no yellow haried guy expect 4th and only naruto but still might from the mother

Naruto isn't the only yellow-haired male in the entire series. That puppeteer guy from the sandvillage also has blond hair, like his sister Temari.
And naruto's natural chakra is wind, witch is much more frequent in the hidden village of sand then in the leaf. So logically it could be possible that his mother or maybe his father is originally from the country of wind. It's not a definite that his father is the fourth.
