Inuyasha: when will this story end????

i remembers when i was 8 or 7 my cousin rented 15 or 22 volumes of inuyasha at a book store and i would read it and skip a few volumes and didn't have a clue wut is going on...cuz i dun read the word xD take too long (usually an hour or a half) so i ended up stop reading it..

it ends but the ending kinda sucks...
Kagome and InuYasha separate and they stay in their own times

I skipped to the final manga chapter. That's how it ended. Also Sango and Miroku has like 2 or 3 kids 2 years after it's all over.

it ended the way I said, they end up going their separate ways. not that I really cared all that much about her ending up with him but it's still kinda sad

No that's not how it ended. They were separated for a few years because the connection between their worlds was closed, but then it re-opened and Kagome decided to live there with Inuyasha that's how it ended.
