Im guessing the tentacle things are super strong and hard to cut or if one cuts them they will instantly regenerate... thats just how manga tentacles are...lol.

yea i liked tyki's new form but it might be like a final defense mechanism if the noahs get destroyed or something

or maybe its like the noahs true form
