AL. Hes da best. Everyone(now that Hidan's dead) fears the Leader. Thats why hes the best and strongest.
Akat leader is probably the strongest. Itachi is overrated, but hes still probably one of the most powerful. Tobi is of course awesome for multiple reasons... Zetsu is weird looking but a mystery...
