If there is one thing I love about this anime it's how quickly we should be able to get through some of the worst arcs from the manga. The current one being perhaps my least favorite one of them all.

I've been enjoying the anime as usual. Was this arc unbearable in the manga?

It seemed to drag along rather slowly in the manga, maybe it's just me. The one before it, with Shiratori wasn't half as bad in terms of pacing as this one seemed to be.
