well maybe some stupid guy might go in there and brings back threads that wherent suppose to be back....

You'd have to be a moderator to do that, and why would someone do that in the first place? I mean, if you opened a section filled with closed threads, then I think you'd understand it's for closed threads. The title could say "Closed Threads", there could even be a sticky thread saying what it's for. And if with all this the guy still does something stupid, then he shouldn't be a moderator.
