Yeah. If no one scanning it, then there's no hope in the first place to upload it.

In a sense, we're already lucky that Hanashi have scanned it until chapter 34, while no other group bother to do it.

It've been a while since I last checked their website because the new chapter never seemed to come after 31 & 32.
