Ha ha, trying to revive this thread after about a month or so of non replies...
Yeah I think this manga/anime was sick I never had any interest in real boxing but this one really got me interested, with all the fighting in the ring and all those special moves..It also had a good plot where an underdog such as Ippo rised to the top in the boxing ring with all his training and etc.
Still i'd recommend many others to read and watch this even though its a usual overrated series with some moves impossible to do ha ha.....unless your a tensai O_O
