Frankly, there subs are uploaded everywhere. Even so i don't think dattebayo even has permission from shonen jump to sub there "Copy written" material. They throw the subs on torrents for download which is illegal in it self. So in my educated opinion, they really have no say in what happens to the anime episodes they sub. If they are putting them out on the internet. Its going to be found everywhere and uploaded everywhere. I don't think datebayo has any official contracts with Naruto or Bleach company's.
I'm not taking anything away from Dattebayo as there doing a fantastic job and they come promptly with every sub. Lets face facts. If they weren't doing the subbing someone else will. I'm just setting up the site for the fans of anime and such.
